Candidate should have experience in leading a sales team
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Sales Manager in Ernakulam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients identifying new sales opportunities negotiating and closing deals and leading the sales team. Other daytoday tasks include developing sales strategies and plans maintaining a sales pipeline and tracking sales data.
Qualifications
- Sales Business Development and Negotiation skills
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of courses and its career opportunities is a plus
- Bachelors / Masters degree in business marketing or related field
Salary : Rs. 30000 Rs 35000 / Month Incentives and other benefits .
Working Hours : Monday to Saturday 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
