Overview:

The Sales Head for Machine Manufacturing plays a crucial role in leading the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the machine manufacturing industry. This position is integral in developing and executing strategic sales plans fostering strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve companys revenue targets.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the machine manufacturing sector.
  • Establish and nurture longterm customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market needs.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and deliver regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate key contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic positioning.
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies promotional plans and product positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and client meetings.
  • Identify and address issues or obstacles that may impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive a highperformance culture and maintain a strong team spirit within the sales department.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive overall business success and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the machine manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics within the machine manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming sales team.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities to address complex business challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software sales performance analysis and reporting.
  • Indepth knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships based on trust and reliability.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
