  • Analyze key markets to identify target integration partners and build a pipeline of new strategic integration partners.
  • Manage sales process through qualification needs analysis demonstration negotiation and close.
  • Prepare business proposals collateral presentations brochures case studies agreements and quotes to build a value proposition for the customer.
  • Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence.
  • Document daily sales activities in tool prepare accurate reports and forecasts manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively and crossfunctionally with leaders from demand generation sales presales and account management to have the business updates and to be on top of our potential capabilities. This would give edge to the sales pitch to ensure alignment and to optimize demand generation activities/campaigns.
  • Leverage vast relationships to create new direct sales opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through selfmotivation goal setting and solutiondriven approaches to problem solving.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and leadership by being diligent thorough and making a positive impact during every sales engagement.

You Will Need:

  • A Bachelors degree / MBA in Sales & Marketing from an accredited college or university.
  • 15 years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers/leveraging partner relationships.
  • Experience in IT Software Services/Product sales for midsize organizations is MUST. Our target companies would be typically US based companies Software Product Companies working on high tech/ high end applications/e Commerce using technologies such as Java/Microsoft/ ERP/Accounting CRM and SoftwareasaService/Cloud Computing business applications.
  • A thorough understanding of the bid management process and proposal lifecycle.
  • Experience selling to CXO and V level Executives.
  • Prior experience in handling and managing RFI/RFP responses asking relevant questions to contribute to preparing the solution would be preferred.
  • A passion for demand generation and outbound prospecting with deep understanding of outbound sales prospecting and buyer insights across segments (Enterprise and MidMarket) to build a successful outbound program.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic and operational recommendations based on data; to be data driven leading the business through KPIs trends and data insight; to translate data into action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Experience leading supporting or collaborating closely with a large dynamic inside sales team with revenue responsibilities.
