Role and Responsibilities:

At Our Benefits Coach were dedicated to crafting employee benefit plans that safeguard both employers and employees. Were looking for a fulltime Account Executive to join our hybrid team who shares our core values of ethical behavior client focus honesty and generosity


Your Main Task Will Be:

Lead Engagement: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to schedule client meetings that drive our mission forward.

Sales: Presenting products and services to clients compellingly and persuasively to close deals and secure new business.

Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships for client retention and generating referrals.

Team Collaboration and learning: Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members by participating in regular team meetings and training sessions.
