Role and Responsibilities:
  • Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to monthovermonth growth
  • Improve the time spent winning and closing sales
  • Perform outreach to specified customer segments/territories
  • Provide a daily summary of calls and lead status
  • Prepare monthly sales reports
  • Adhere to TAT for achieving set goals and benchmarks
  • Present and upsell company offerings to new customers
  • Generate leads from self (natural) market
  • Convert leads into successful sales
  • Hire agents and vendors
  • Create plan layout and execution strategies for the given territory
  • Motivate agents/vendors/freelancers for achieving sales benchmarks
  • Plan and prepare a timeline for training of vendors and agents with the training team

Candidate Qualifications:
  • A Masters degree in business marketing or related field
  • Experience in the banking industry preferred
  • 12 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills
  • Targetoriented
  • Prior sales experience
  • Confident and knowledgeable about the market
  • People handling skills
  • Gogetting and selfmotivated
