Overview:

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation by acquiring and managing new clients as well as nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. This position is integral to the success of the sales team and the organization as a whole as it directly impacts the companys bottom line and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying prospecting and acquiring new clients through various channels
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strong longterm relationships
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Generating and qualifying leads to drive sales opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Staying updated on industry trends market conditions and competitors activities
  • Attending industry events and networking to expand the companys presence

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events
