Roles and Responsibilities
Establishing a new business Interface with the client & attend client meetings.
Generate Sales revenue and meet annual revenue goals.
Follow up with all the leads given by Marketing team.
Conducting Site Visits and Demonstrations.
Developing Quotations for client scope in consultation with the team.
Follow up with existing clients in regular intervals of time.
Ensuring Customer data to be updated in Internal information systems.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
Respond to client calls or emails immediately with clarity.
Negotiating with clients to ensure a winwin situation for the both parties
Ensuring Compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Addressing and resolving the queries raised by customer immediately and providing excellent customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Candidate with Qualification of B.Tech Mech/BBA/MBA are preferrable
Minimum experience in Sales field in Fire protection industry and knowledge in fire safety.
Experience in B2B Sales is a plus
