Work Summary This is a fulltime onsite role for a Sales Coordinator for (FMCG Namkeen & Snacks manufacturing org. ) located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating various activities to ensure smooth operations and effective communication between internal departments and clients. This position involves administrative tasks customer service(CRM) and collaboration with the sales team to enhance overall efficiency.
Job description
a) Customer Service and CRM
Keeping in touch with existing clients and ensuring that current customers have 100% satisfaction in respect to the company sales process & service
Preparation of quotation
Daily replying to mails and followups
Critically analysing the buyer journey and delivering great consumer experience at every touchpoint.
Restoring relationships with old clients by understanding their needs and gap in our service and correcting them
b) Lead Nurturing
Ensuring that the right message reaches to the right customer providing adequate information at right time to eliminate customers key concerns
Nurturing new clients
Preparation of essential PPTs Videos and testimonials Corporate brochure and more by oneself or with design agency.
Conducting customer feedback and directing feedback to responsible dept for effective decision making
c) MIS and Reporting
Maintaining and updating sales data of order salesman service and shop visits dispatch new customer nurturing customer complaints and more.
Ensuring timely updation of sales data
Prepare various sales reports and sharing to all stakeholders daily/weekly/monthly as desired
Prepare weekly stock report and sharing with various stakeholders
Preparing daily sales revenue report and sharing with various stakeholders
d) Sales support
Monitoring salesman visits and providing sales support to boost sales
Constantly being in touch with the market needs by deep listening to salesman
Ensuring that every member of sales backend team is enrolled to company goal and happy
Key Skills
1. MS office/Google tools( Word/google doc Excel/sheets PPT)
2. Good Communication skills(Written and Verbal English and Hindi)
3. Timely Implementation
4. Confidence & Patient
