We are looking for a dynamic and resultsoriented Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the retail educational and recreational sectors. This individual will play a crucial role in promoting our board games securing distribution partnerships and driving revenue growth in the Nepalese market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the Nepalese market and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts including retail store recreational facilities cafes hotels to promote and sell our Mount Everest board game.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers influencers and other stakeholders in the Nepalese gaming industry.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential customers about the features and benefits of our board game.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials sales collateral and targeted campaigns to support sales efforts in Nepal.
  • Monitor market trends competitive activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts reports and updates to the management team highlighting achievements challenges and action plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate sales leads.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fastpaced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel within Nepal as needed to meet with clients attend events and support sales activities
