Overview:

As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by identifying potential clients selling products or services and maintaining positive customer relationships. Your ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions will directly impact the organizations success. You will collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve targets and contribute to the companys overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation
  • Provide product knowledge to customers
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Adhere to sales policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in sales or relevant role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fastpaced and changing environment
  • Proactive and selfmotivated approach to work
  • Valid drivers license
