Position Overview: Were on the lookout for a talented Sales Executive (SE) to join our clients dynamic team as a local inmarket producer in Dallas. As an SE youll drive our clients growth strategy in the region starting with Dallas. This role involves managing new business opportunities converting prospects into clients and achieving annual sales quotas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling emails networking and social media.
  • Engage in quality conversations to generate qualified inbound leads from Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely to develop and implement effective prospect strategies and plans.
  • Guide clients in understanding their needs delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities maintaining quotaattaining new business pipelines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales.
  • Utilize CRM systems for administrative tasks and manage campaignderived prospects.
  • Manage pipeline and report on sales KPI activities to management regularly.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Selfmotivated with a drive to achieve personal and professional growth goals.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant sales roles.
  • Extensive network of potential clients in the IT Industry and/or Verticals.
  • Proven track record in opening doors to new opportunities closing deals and building longterm client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM systems Marketing Automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Familiarity with managing the commercial process of IT services (selling nearshore IT professional Services desired).
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
