Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join a well established Logistics firm. The Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth meeting potential clients and expanding the market presence in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect identify and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics sector to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the companys services features and benefits to clients through presentations proposals and meetings.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including operations and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product knowledge industry changes and best sales practices through training sessions workshops and selfstudy.

Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: 24 years of experience in sales preferably within the freight forwarding logistics or related industry.
  • GoalOriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients understand their requirements and present solutions.
  • SelfMotivated: Highly motivated proactive and able to work independently to drive sales initiatives.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment adapting to changes and challenges in the industry.
  • Must have a 2 / 4 wheeler

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary : 34LPA
