Overview:

The Sales Executive Field Sales (Fintech) plays a crucial role in driving revenue for our organization by identifying pursuing and acquiring new clients within the fintech industry. This role requires a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with a deep understanding of fintech products and services as well as a strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base within the fintech industry
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients through proactive prospecting and cold calling
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers in the fintech sector
  • Understanding client needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our fintech solutions
  • Conducting compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements to close sales deals within established guidelines
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
  • Providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports
  • Staying updated on industry trends market activities and competitors
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote our fintech offerings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales particularly within the fintech sector
  • Strong understanding of financial technology products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a field sales capacity
  • Sound analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • High level of resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities
  • Thorough knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
