Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of solutions.
• Engage with prospective clients to assess their current infrastructure identify pain points and propose effective integration and migration strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of projects from presales to implementation providing ongoing support and expertise.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and product developments to effectively articulate value proposition to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a presales engineering or technical consulting role preferably within the legal technologyindustry.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex software systems and articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
• Proven problemsolving abilities and a customercentric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional value and service.
