We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join us on this exciting journey!

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Prewave you play a vital role in maximizing our sales teams performance. Youll help onboard and train our growing sales force ensuring they effectively communicate the value of Supply Chain Risk Management. Join our dynamic enablement team dedicated to empowering our motivated sales professionals.

Tasks

As our Sales Enablement Specialist at Prewave you will

  • Construct and deliver innovative and impactful learning content that empowers Prewaves sales team and addresses current and future learning needs.
  • Equip new sellers with stateoftheart onboarding to ensure key competencies are developed and can be demonstrated.
  • Identify knowledge or skill gaps by using performance data.
  • Prepare standardized training material on a wide variety of topics including new supply chain risk management trends to new product features.
  • Manage and maintain tools and technologies that are used to improve sales productivity.
  • Facilitate feedback processes to continuously improve our training programs.
  • Manage various sales enablement projects and coordinate activities.

Requirements

Must haves

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of B2B sales enablement experience.
  • Cando attitude with strong analytical and problemsolving skills including flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team player who is excited about the idea of working crossfunctionally.
  • Genuine interest in continuous development and staying up to date with the latest trends and practices in sales enablement.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies including qualification processes such as MEDDIC.
  • Experience with instructional design and professional learning principles and training with attention to detail.
  • Confident in the creation of presentation materials including PPT & Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills & fluency in English.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with Sales Enablement Software is considered a plus.
  • SaaS experience & own sales experience is valuable for the role.

    According to our collective agreement the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2396 gross per month however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
