Job Description & Tasks:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be responsible for actively driving the companys sales and ensuring the successful execution of the sales process. Key tasks include:

  • Sales Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
    • Conduct regular prospecting activities and maintain a CRM database.
    • Initiate and follow up on prospect communications.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Schedule and conduct customer visits.
    • Execute canvas visits based on the strategies discussed in sales meetings.
  • Quoting and Proposal Submission:
    • Prepare and submit comprehensive quotes to potential clients.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with the operations manager to onboard new clients.
    • Work towards and achieve set monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Contribute to the development of company marketing goals.
    • Propose and execute marketing activities.
  • Result Accountability:
    • Monthly reporting of sales results as per the established reporting format.
    • Establish and maintain longterm customer and business relationships within the primary target market.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience:Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Marketing Acumen:Ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing activities.
  • CRM Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM systems for prospect management.
  • GoalOriented:Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve set sales goals.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
