ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for identifying creating and booking discovery calls with new qualified sales opportunities for the Talon.One Sales team. You will work closely with our SDR Managers and assigned Account Directors to strategize on target accounts. Striving for efficiency and results is what we are driven by. You should have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2 years professional working experience preferably in Sales roles
  • 6 months experience in outbound B2B SaaS would be considered a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be considered a plus
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proactive handson and collaborative mindset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive personality
