Responsibilities:

  1. Email First Response:
  • Promptly respond to inbound emails from prospects ensuring a high level of professionalism and accuracy in communication.
  • Assess the nature of inquiries and route them to appropriate teams or resources when necessary.
  1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
  • Identify potential clients using a variety of methods including industry publications online databases and other targeted lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via coldcalling email campaigns and social media engagement.
  1. Lead Qualification:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and evaluate the fit for FS Studios solutions.
  • Ask pertinent questions to assess the prospects suitability budget need timing and decisionmaking processes.
  • Qualify and prioritize prospects then pass the leads to the senior sales team.
  1. CRM Management:
  • Consistently log and record each touchpoint with prospects using our CRM tool to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Maintain updated information on leads contact details and sales stages.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the alignment of messaging and campaigns.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies funnel metrics and targets.
  1. Selfimprovement:
  • Continuously educate yourself on our product offerings and industry trends to improve sales techniques and achieve monthly targets.
  • Seek feedback and coaching to enhance performance.

Requirements :

35 year of sales or related business experience; prior SDR experience is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot)

Proficiency in cold reach out on platforms such as LinkedIn Facebook YouTube and other creative sources

Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.

Ability to work independently.

High level of selfmotivation and adaptability.

Experience in the software or tech industry is a bonus.

Experience in a remote work setting.
