We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying contacting and qualifying potential leads. The SDR will use a combination of outreach strategies to engage prospective customers with the goal of setting appointments for the Account Executive (AE) team. This position requires a professional approach proactiveness excellent communication skills and solid understanding of our cybersecurity solutions.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers that could benefit from our cybersecurity solutions. Utilize multiple sources including lists databases industry associations websites and networking activities to find leads.

  • Outreach: Conduct calls send emails utilize social media and use other techniques to reach out to potential leads. Craft compelling messages that highlight the value proposition of our cybersecurity solutions.

  • Qualification: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their suitability as sales prospects. Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget decisionmaking authority pains and readiness to purchase.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the AE team. Ensure that the AE team is provided with detailed background information to facilitate productive sales conversations.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all lead generation activities in Hubspot and other platforms. Track and document the progress of leads through the sales funnel.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Go to Market team to align lead generation strategies with broader sales goals and marketing campaigns.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging threats in cybersecurity. Use this knowledge to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on lead generation efforts and outcomes. Prepare reports on lead generation performance including conversion rates and challenges encountered.

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to deepen knowledge of cybersecurity solutions sales techniques and industry best practices.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 13 years of experience in sales lead generation or a similar role preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Office Hubspot Zoominfo Sharepoint and other sales automation / office productivity tools.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry landscape.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a high level of initiative and persistence.
