Job Description:

As our Sales Development Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CBD National. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading by example with a focus on building your own book of business and achieving a sixfigure income
Recruiting training and inspiring a team of sales representatives to exceed targets and drive growth
Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base
Cultivating strong relationships with clients ensuring unparalleled service and satisfaction
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and business objectives
Providing ongoing coaching and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development


Requirements

In this role leading by example is paramount. As a Sales Development Manager youll be expected to demonstrate your own prowess in sales by meeting and exceeding your own sales goals.
