Fynd is India s largest omnichannel platform and multiplatform tech company with expertise in retail tech and products in AI ML big data ops gamingcrypto image editing and learning space. Founded in 2012 by 3 IIT Bombay alumni: Farooq Adam Harsh Shah and Sreeraman MG. We are headquartered in Mumbai and have 1000 brands under management more than 10k stores and servicing 23k pin codes.

What will you do at Fynd
  • Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
  • Understanding the brand proposition negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations
  • Hands on business development brand/retailer onboarding and account management
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
  • Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
  • Being handson with data create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform
  • Working with the brand s as well as internal marketing team to strategies and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility traffic and transactions
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand s P&L revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decisionmaking

Some specific Requirements
  • Decent data analysis & Excel skills. Able to learn new data & analytical tools independently
  • Good network across the retail ecosystem including brands retailers ecommerce companies technology and consulting service providers etc.
  • Knowledge of Ecommerce
  • Handle projects with problem solving & product mindset Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills Updated on Indian Retail trends Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent time and task management skills Understanding brands in depth business requirements
  • Works approach should be always customer centric Selfdriven comfortable with a fastpaced alwayson highly ambiguous environment
  • Take ownership & responsibility in every task
  • Excellent presentation skills preparing effect ppt
  • Knowledge of Retail Supply chain
  • Assisting Sr. team members to achieve team targets
  • Accountable for brand s business at Fynd
  • Business Margin calculations
