Job Opportunity: Sales Data & Documentation Intern

The Sales Data Intern will play a critical role in our sales department focusing on the analysis of sales data to identify trends opportunities and challenges within the solar market. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to collect analyze and interpret sales data helping to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. This internship is ideal for someone with a passion for renewable energy strong analytical skills and an interest in sales strategies. In addition the intern will support sales operations by keeping control of the documentation and legal paperwork required to close the sale.

Your Mission

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing sales data from various sources including CRM systems market research and customer feedback.
  • Support the development and maintenance of sales performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate sales strategies and campaigns providing datadriven insights to optimize performance.
  • Keep control of the required clients documentation and provide support to sales managers finance and operation departments.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an graduate program in Environmental Science Engineering (Electrical Mechanical Civil or Environmental) Sustainability Business Administration or a related field.

  • Interested in learning about sales and other commercial activities.

  • Strong interest in renewable energy particularly solar power with a desire to learn about solar system design and project development.

  • Fluent in Spanish Proficient in English (B1)

  • Is a plus if you:

  • Speak several languages (German French Dutch etc)

  • Have knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot Pipedrive etc)
