Overview

The Sales Counsellor plays a crucial role in the organization responsible for engaging with prospective clients understanding their needs and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions about the products or services offered. They are instrumental in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their requirements
  • Provide detailed information about products or services offered
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands

  • Remain updated on product knowledge and industry developments
  • Attend networking events to expand the customer base

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience in sales customer service or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Customerfocused and resultsdriven
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Detailoriented with good organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
