Our client offers integrated services to some of the leading industries across South Africa we are looking for sales talent to market their Hygiene and Pest Control services and while busy on the job to cross sell their other services being Security and Parking admittance technology along with the management package and lastly their restaurant quality canteen services.
The sale consultant will be responsible for the services book and to do so you will focus on the following:
Generating revenue:
Build relationships:
Salespeople play a critical role in building relationships with customers. They are often the first point of contact for potential customers and are responsible for establishing trust and rapport. By building strong relationships salespeople can help to increase customer loyalty and drive repeat business
Providing feedback:
Salespeople are in direct contact with customers and can provide valuable feedback to the company. They can identify trends gather insights about customer needs and preferences and provide feedback on the companys products or services. This feedback can be used to improve products marketing campaigns and overall customer experience.
Representing the company:
Salespeople are the face of the company and are responsible for representing the company in a positive light. They must be knowledgeable about the companys products and services and be able to communicate effectively with customers. They also need to be professional courteous and reliable.
Sales representatives are responsible for selling the companys products or services to customers.
