As part of our commitment to excellence we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Coach to join our outbound sales team.

Job Overview:
The Internal Sales Coach will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our outbound sales team by delivering targeted training and development programs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales excellence with a proven track record in sales coaching and performance improvement. This role is critical in ensuring our sales staff are equipped with the skills knowledge and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new sales staff ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the demands of their roles.
Call Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor and evaluate sales calls to ensure compliance with best practices and company standards. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to staff to improve call quality.
Daily PreGame Huddles: Lead dynamic preshift meetings to motivate the team set daily goals and conduct roleplay exercises to sharpen sales techniques.
Performance Improvement Plans: Identify underperforming staff and collaboratively develop tailored performance improvement plans to guide them back to success.
Ongoing Training: Facilitate continuous learning opportunities for the sales team to keep them abreast of the latest sales strategies product knowledge and industry trends.
Weekly OneonOnes: Conduct regular oneonone meetings with sales team members to review performance set goals and address any challenges or concerns.


Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales coaching/training role preferably within an outbound sales environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes techniques and methodologies.
Excellent communication interpersonal and motivational skills.
Proven ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform coaching strategies.
High level of proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
