Tasks

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Wonder Grip. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing strong communication skills and a track record of delivering results in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments and develop tailored sales strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  1. Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Plan execute and measure marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media email and events.
  • Create compelling marketing materials including presentations brochures and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ROI and make datadriven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Generate leads through targeted prospecting efforts including cold calling email outreach and networking.
  • Qualify leads and manage the lead pipeline effectively ensuring timely followup and nurturing of prospects.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers offering expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  1. Sales Enablement:
  • Develop sales training materials and resources to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Conduct sales training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams skills and capabilities.
  1. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends customer preferences and competitive threats.
  • Use insights from market research to inform sales and marketing strategies and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track sales and marketing performance metrics including lead conversion rates sales pipeline velocity and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for management providing insights into sales and marketing performance and highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing with a minimum of X years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in lead generation prospecting and managing sales pipelines.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills with a focus on driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of the safety industry and familiarity with safety gloves products is a plus.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment is desirable.
  • Certification in sales or marketing (e.g. AMA Professional Certified Marketer HubSpot Inbound Certification) is a plus.
