Sales and Marketing Specialist

Dhamtec a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company with 201500 employees is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist. At Dhamtec we pride ourselves on meeting the evolving needs of our customers by providing API Reference Standards related substances and Intermediates. Our dynamic and qualified team is dedicated to developing the synthesis route for target molecules and undertaking projects for cost reduction. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist you will contribute to our commitment to deliver topnotch products and services to our clientele which includes API/Formulation companies R&D centers and commercial testing labs. Tasks

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Promote and sell API Reference Standards related substances and intermediates to API/ Formulation companies R&D Centres and Commercial testing labs.
• Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding the purification isolation and characterization of unknown molecules.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to develop new routes of synthesis for target molecules.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of API Reference Standards and related substances
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
