Tasks

As a Sales and Marketing Manager you are responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost sales and enhance the companys brand awareness. You play a crucial role in positioning the brand as a market leader and attracting new customers. Working closely with the management team you contribute to achieving the companys objectives and promoting its growth.

Requirements

• Develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead the sales and marketing team setting clear goals.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Monitor the performance of sales and marketing activities and report to management.

Profile:

• Minimum of a completed HBO degree in marketing communication business administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sales and marketing preferably in the leisure or events industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Resultsoriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media.
• Flexibility and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Hospitality or leisure experience is a plus!
