Educational Qualification / Experience required:
Graduate degree in Engineering
Additionally Masters in Business studies in Sales & Marketing
Experience of over 20 years in the sales function from an industrial / engineering product / component industry/ Aerospace/ Defense Industry
Should possess experience from auto component sector in sales function
Should have demonstrated experience in developing customer accounts and geographies
Proven ability to build sound customer relationships
Should possess in depth understanding of the market trends patterns competitor performance product lifecycles of the component and OE sector
Responsibility
1. Responsible for developing and executing the sales plan strategy for the aerospace and defense vertical for the zone/geographies
2. Ensure ontime delivery as per committed quality and stipulated timelines
3. Responsible for managing relationship with key customers and ensuring Share of Business (SOB) as per plan and targets
4. Track and monitor accounts receivables and handle accounts reconciliation
