Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Banking Sector (Karnataka)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the banking sector in Karnataka.
• Lead a dynamic team to achieve sales targets market penetration and brand awareness.
• Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities through innovative marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate sales and marketing efforts seamlessly.
• Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback for strategic decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
• Graduation from a recognized university.
• Proven success in sales and marketing preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Indepth knowledge of Karnatakas banking and financial sector.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary: INR 2.75 to 4.5 LPA
