Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive (Male)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development activities and client visits specifically tailored to meet the needs of our CA firm. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills a strong understanding of sales strategies and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires frequent client interaction negotiation skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
3. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
5. Conduct client visits and presentations to promote our services and offerings.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in the financial services industry.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5. Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Preferred:
1. Experience in business development within a CA firm or financial services sector.
2. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
