About the role

As we continue to expand our horizons we are seeking a talented intern to contribute to our sales and business development activities.

Answering clients and prospects requests

  • Respond to requests in a prompt manner

  • Work with senior sales to dissect the brief and create questions that would help to form a quotation

  • Prepare commercial proposals according to the project requirements with the help of Senior RM

  • Coordinate with the Creative Director to prepare concepts to pitch prospects

  • Followups with prospects and clients on proposals

  • Report in the CRM

  • Shadow team members to learn communication skills when trying to sell to a client or prospect

Finding new leads

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential clients and partnerships.

  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends competitors and potential opportunities.

  • Assist in the creation and presentation of proposals presentations and other business development materials.

  • Support the coordination of meetings events and networking activities to foster relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance business strategies.


Requirements

You d be great for this role if

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • You have strong communication skills both written and verbal.

  • You can work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • You have an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards challenges.

  • You have a passion for business development and a keen interest in Creative/Media industry.
