Your Role:

1. Sales Support and Beyond: Collaborate closely with our clients sales team lending a hand with administrative tasks like document preparation database maintenance and appointment scheduling. Your support will also extend to general admin duties for the sales and marketing crew from organizing meetings to managing travel arrangements.
2. Customer Connection: Foster strong relationships with our clients existing customer base through regular communication and followups ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Campaign Coordination: Get involved in the nittygritty of planning executing and monitoring marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as social media email and advertising.
4. Creative Contributions: Bring your creative flair to the table by helping craft engaging marketing materials ensuring our clients brand message shines through consistently.

Your Contribution:

1. Lead Generation Magic: Utilize your research skills and networking savvy to identify and qualify potential leads laying the groundwork for our clients sales success.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• While previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus a hunger to learn and grow is just as valuable.
• Familiarity with social media marketing is advantageous.
• Youre a master of organization adept at juggling tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
• Stellar communication skills both written and verbal are your forte.
• Fluent in English youre comfortable expressing yourself in any situation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is a given and any experience with CRM software like Hubspot is a bonus.
• Youre a team player at heart but also thrive when working independently.
