With a new gym studio and classes soft play area cafe and a refreshed swimming pool along with a dedicated team and a wide range of programmes we aim to inspire and empower individuals to lead active healthy lives. As we embark on an exciting journey of growth and expansion we are looking for a passionate and driven Membership Sales Advisor to join our team now to sell Active Nation Filton and achieve new members. as well as drive our membership base.This is a new and rewarding position for an experienced sales professional with a passion to help others to live an active lifestyle.

Job Description:

As a Membership Sales Advisor at the new Active Nation Filton you will be the face of our charity responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing supporters (members). You will play a pivotal role in helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals while contributing to the growth and success of Active Nation Filton.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with prospective members both in person and through various communication channels to promote the benefits of Active Nation Filton and convert inquiries into memberships.

Member Retention: Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for current supporters addressing their needs and concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction to promote referrals and longterm memberships.

Consultation and Guidance: Engage with potential supporters to understand their goals and recommend appropriate membership plans and services tailored to their needs.

Promotions and Campaigns: Stay informed about current promotions and marketing campaigns and effectively communicate these to potential and existing members.

Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate membership records process payments and assist with administrative tasks related to membership management.

Community Engagement: Act as an ambassador for Active Nation Filton within the local community participating in events and outreach programmes to attract new supporters.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for health fitness and wellness.

Sales or customer service experience preferred.

Knowledge of fitness industry trends and services.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
