Sales Administrator

• Based in Customer Service Center department.
  
• Collaborate with various departments or vendors to handle payment billing or orders related matters.
  
• Manage data in spreadsheet and reports
  
• Managing pricing strategies and profitability analysis to maximize revenue and margins for the department.
  
• Prepare regular reports and presentation
  
• Generate department financial analysis as required.
  
• Support on various adhoc projects as required & showcasing flexibility and adaptability in the role.
  
• Provide admin support to department and management.
  

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  
• Problemsolving attitude with an eye for detail
  
• Strong in numbers and analytical skills
  
• Ability to interact with relevant personnel or department efficiently
  
• Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  
• Responsible and proactive.
  
• Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  
• Strong written and oral communication skills
  
• Result orientated mindset
  
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  
• Diploma and above.
