We have an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator to support the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including scheduling meetings preparing sales presentations and proposals and maintaining sales collateral. Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting. Assist in organizing golf outings sales events trade shows and conferences. Coordinate logistics manage registrations and provide onsite support when necessary.
  • Prepare bid documents filling in required information such as company info and pricing that comes from sales attaching requirements. Gathering signatures ensuring certificates of insurance are completed tracked and uploaded. Procure Bid and Performance Bonds. Track all Public Bid results.
  • Prepare contract documents track information to confirm all is complete on time. Track certified payrolls. Ensure subcontractors are in compliance.
  • Prepare expense reports purchase requisitions payment requests etc.
  • Update and maintain sales databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports including sales performance inventory levels and customer analytics. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the sales team and management. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.


Requirements

  • You have 3 years of Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • You can multitask in a busy environment. Can successfully work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • You have superior oral and written communication skills.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You are proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  • You maintain discretion and confidentiality in all situations.
  • You have strong problemsolving skills and a "can do" attitude.
  • You are a collaborative team player.
