Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle complaints and provide aftersales support
- Coordinate and monitor client’s order follow up on client payment
- Update and liaise with client on delivery status
Requirements:
- No Experience required
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking vendors
