Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales and business development of excipients with pharmaceutical life science and biopharmaceutical companies.
Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as call reports monthly reports and annual territory analysis.
Value selling key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing products new products delivery schedules merchandizing techniques.
Service existing accounts obtains orders and develop new accounts for excipients.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
Responsible for account receivables I & C forms handling of rejections and customer complaints.
Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
Develop opportunity pipeline to drive new business for future commercial success.
Forecast sales to enable operations planning introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.

Desired qualification:

B.Pharm with Management diploma or degree / M.Pharm

Key Interactions:

Internal: SCM R&D QA &RA
External: Customer purchase and R&D

Technical Competencies (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):

Familiarity about Pharmaceutical product development & manufacturing operations
Good communication skills ( both verbal & written )
Selfmotivated and passionate about value selling

Good team player
