Sales Account Manager

Are you a hunter Entrepreneurialminded Competitive Our growing organization is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join the team. We searching for someone who hates losing more than they love winning! If that is you we want to speak to you!
Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive growth and profitabilityby winning new accounts and expanding current account relationships
- Establish a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources referrals networking and cold calling
- Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and utilize business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth
- Set and attend face to face meetings with decision makers
- Understand negotiation profitability that is inline with market rates
Qualifications:
- ABC skills
- Previous sales expeirence in manufacturing / staffing a plus
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Able to work in a very fast paced dynamic environment
- Ability to build lasting relationships built on honest and integrity
- Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills
- Proficient using social media including but not limited to LinkedIn Facebook etc.
