Qualification: Diploma/ BSc in Fire/ Industrial Safety/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with 1year full time Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university or technical Education board. Experience: Must have 34 years experience in manufacturing of Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Pharma/ Oil & Gas industries. Experience in Greenfield/Brownfield Industrial complexes preferred. NEBOSH Course will be of advantage. Should be proficient inEnglish & Hindi. Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills. Should be proficient in MS Office Excel PPT Word. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental/safety regulations standards and practices. Coordinate & implement HIRA Work Permit System Confined space Hot work heigh work etc. & implement emergency procedures. Lead Toolbox talks. Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace. Undertake surveys to identify and evaluate occupational health safety and environmental conditions. Conduct and coordinate onsite inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Provide advice and counsel concerning compliance with corporate safety regulations and procedures. Perform construction site and/or area safety inspections of department facilities and operations. Coordinate the implementation of controls from results of hazard analyses.
