Job Title: SaaS Infrastructure Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Experience: 710 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Coimbatore/Bangalore
Work Timings: Night Shift 9:30 PM to 06:30 AM IST
What we are looking for:
Should have handson/working knowledge in Enterprise SaaS applications administration and Operations of a minimum of at least 7 Yearsincluding but not limited to:
Google Workspace Administration
Slack Administration
Zoom Administration
Box Administration
LDAP Administration
Employee onboard / manual offboard request
Slack apps
Google Marketplace
Slack channel share request
Work independently on SSO integrations in One Login.
Review existing run books and identify gaps to improve them
Work independently to triage process resolve operational requests & take escalations from Ops
team.
Escalate to Ops team and Identity Engineering team for advanced support and commitments to
request SLAs.
Possess technical knowledge training and experience consistent with high professional and industry
standards and will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
Hands on experience with SaaS administration at scale. Able to work independently at triage and
resolution of incoming requests of the team.
Operate 24x5 US time zones friendly
Selfmotivated and qualitydriven work professionally and collaboratively to resolve customer
requests with attention to detail.
Good customer service spirit confident working on operational tasks and interacting with non
technical users and 3rd party vendors across a wide variety of applications.
Nice to have:
Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
(GCP).
Positions Roles & Responsibilities :
The SaaS Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the administration maintenance and optimization of our
SaaS (Software as a Service) tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
managing various SaaS applications such as Google Workspace Slack Zoom Box and LDAP. This role
involves ensuring smooth operations collaborating with crossfunctional teams and implementing best practices
to enhance productivity and security.
What you'll do:
Manage and administer Google Workspace Slack Zoom Box and LDAP to ensure reliable and
secure operations.
Handle employee onboarding and manual offboarding requests ensuring smooth access provisioning
and removal across SaaS tools.
Configure and manage Slack apps to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
Maintain and update the Google Marketplace with relevant apps and extensions to support business
needs.
Process Slack channel share requests providing necessary permissions and access to team
members.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that leverage
SaaS tools effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SaaS applications working closely with support
teams and vendors if necessary.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations across
SaaS platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of SaaS applications identifying areas for optimization and
scalability improvements.
Document processes configurations and troubleshooting steps for reference and training purposes.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to SaaS infrastructure.
