Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development along with proficiency in JavaScript and CSS. Additionally the candidate should be open to receiving training on Kubernetes Docker and Helm.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with the team to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices and standards.
Implement frontend components using JavaScript and CSS to create responsive and userfriendly interfaces.
Work closely with the DevOps team to understand and contribute to the deployment process using Kubernetes Docker and Helm.
Participate in code reviews provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely resolution to ensure smooth operation of applications.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Ruby on Rails development and related technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and CSS for frontend development.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Willingness to learn and be trained on Kubernetes Docker and Helm.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kubernetes Docker and Helm.
Familiarity with other frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
