PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to execute world-class marketing activities across all channels to meet and exceed the brand s challenging but exciting strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the brand s growth internationally, enhancing brand awareness and consideration in North America and Europe specifically.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will deliver an extremely busy programme of high-quality, engaging and disruptive global content across the brand s three core content strands. Working on digital and non-digital channels simultaneously, you will use your excellent management skills to produce world-class work, resulting in hyper-engaging marketing executions that elevate the brand s position in the market.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Create World-Class Campaigns.
    Own the brand s product, brand and entertainment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring first-class pre-production and production, working with a range of creatives to produce work that communicates our product excellence and cost leadership messages.
  2. Manage Brand Communication
    Working with the Digital Marketing Exec and our freelance content creation team to communicate with our audience cross-channel, delivering an intriguing programme of content. Manage the brand s emerging e-commerce opportunities by project managing the delivery of direct-to-consumer activities.
  3. Proud Brand Guardian
    Elevate the brand s perception in the market by continually optimizing the brands identify globally, working with our world-wide partners to build a consistent and uniform marketing execution across digital and non-digital areas.
  4. B2B Marketing Marketing the Collection
    Produce a best-in-class catalogue/brochure for the new collection, delivering it on-time, on-budget using high-quality product and lifestyle photography.
  5. Managing Global Events
    Oversee the brand s tentpole moments across the calendar, including the managing the brand s content programme for the prestigious Isle of Man TT. Project managing B2B events such as EICMA (Milan).


THE PERSON

  • Significant B2C and B2B marketing experience.
  • Comfortable managing a team of senior creatives.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer marketing strategy.
  • Passion for building consumer propensity to buy for sales growth.
  • Passion for digital engagement with innovative content at its heart.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn constantly.
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change and challenge.
  • Collaborative yet driven to pro-actively build success.



PLEASE NOTE

Please note that we do operate a hybrid working model so are open to candidates from UK based locations, but there is a requirement for time to be spent in Derbyshire in line with the rest of the team.
