RQBusiness Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Reengineer endtoend processes analyze and review operational solutions.
   
2. Conduct requirement gathering workshops review and document requirement artifacts.
   
3. Review functional specifications and processdefined documents.
   
4. Coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule.
   
5. Provide postproduction support review production issues and track them to closure.
   
6. Troubleshoot reported issues and coordinate across teams (stakeholders developers infrastructure teams) to resolve them.
   
7. Manage projects and monitor timelines.
   
8. Collaborate closely with regional and country teams to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution.
   
9. Create user stories in JIRA for tracking until completion.
   
10. Attend project standup meetings to discuss project status.
    

Requirements

• Minimum 57 years of experience in systems development and/or business process improvement initiatives preferably with project lifecycle experience in the Financial Services Industry specifically in Consumer Banking Operations and Corporate Banking Operations.
  
• A handson team player who can see the big picture possesses a cando attitude and can handle ambiguity in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong interpersonal coordination and planning skills.
  
• Technical knowledge in web services application development (Java) HTML/Angularbased UI and rolebased access matrix.
