Responsibilities:
Lead RPA projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and
quality standards.
Provide guidance mentorship and oversight to RPA development teams including developers and
analysts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities analyze processes and
design efficient RPA solutions.
Utilize expertise in UIPath and Power Automate to architect and develop robust automation
solutions adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct thorough assessments of business processes to determine automation feasibility and
potential ROI.
Engage with business stakeholders IT teams and other relevant departments to gather
requirements provide updates and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Identify areas for process optimization and automation enhancement driving continuous
improvement initiatives.
Create comprehensive documentation including process flows technical specifications and user
manuals to support the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.
Provide training sessions and ongoing support to users and stakeholders ensuring successful
adoption and utilization of RPA technologies.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and security protocols throughout the RPA
development lifecycle.
