RPA BA Agile

• Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements functional design and process design to gather the requirements and translate them into actionable user stories for the development team
• Analyze the business processes identify potential automation opportunities and propose a plan of RPA strategy
• Create requirements documentation and user stories
• Work closely with the development team to explain the requirements and assist with any clarifications needed
• Good experience with Agile methodology
• Need to have strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and a great level of curiosity
• Logical thinking to find the hidden opportunities of the business process
• Leadership skills to lead conversations with the business and handle the project team until delivery of the project
• Strategic planning approach to meet business needs
• More than 7 years of experience in similar position
