About the position as Routing Specialist:
Join our dynamic team as a Routing Specialist at Instabee and take ownership of a region in Sweden where your problemsolving abilities attention to detail and analytical skills will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of operations. You will be a key player in the development of our operations focusing on quality assurance. The role offers growth opportunities and as an integral part of our team you will have the chance to contribute to the improvement of tools and the development of new processes actively participating in our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

You will among other things:

• Create optimized routes to enhance operational efficiency and quality

• Maintain forecast volumes for accurate planning and ensure operational capacity across all regions

• Engage with courier partners for effective coordination and conduct regular discussions with hub managers in your region

• Ensure consistent delivery of promised capacities

This fulltime position follows a MondayFriday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00 with one Sunday per month between 07:30 and 11:30.

Who you are:
We are seeking a candidate who is solutionoriented and possesses excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have effective problemsolving abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail. The role involves working in a fastpaced environment making it essential for you to be comfortable and adaptable to dynamic situations.

• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience.

• Interest in data and analytics

• Takes on responsibility willingly proactive approach to handling new tasks

• A team player that values open communication

• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and delivering results within deadlines.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English written and spoken
