Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Routing Associate at Instabee in Sweden where your problemsolving abilities attention to detail and analytical skills will have a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of operations. You will be a key player in the development of our operations focusing on quality assurance.

You will among other things:

• Create optimized routes to enhance operational efficiency and quality

• Engage with courier partners for effective coordination and conduct regular discussions with hub managers in your region

• Ensure consistent delivery of promised capacities

This fulltime position follows a MondayFriday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00.

About you

We are seeking a candidate who is solutionoriented and possesses great communication skills. The ideal candidate should have effective problemsolving abilities coupled with a keen attention to detail. The role involves working in a fastpaced environment making it essential for you to be comfortable and adaptable to dynamic situations.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English written and spoken
