Mighty Dog Roofing is a topperforming roofing company renowned for their expertise in roof repair replacement and other related services. We have consistently delivered stunning and secure roofing solutions providing clients with comfortable and aesthetically pleasing homes in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida and across the nation.

We are a locally owned and operated residential and commercial roofing contractor currently looking to hire an experienced sales representative that lives the Might Dog values: Communication Ontime service Cleanliness and Integrity. We are growing rapidly and this position has a lot of room for career growth.

Regardless of the home improvement roofing needs customers might have we offer a quality solution that will leave them with peace of mind and a safe home. We work with the best manufacturers in the roofing industry and home improvement to deliver a quality installation that will last for years.

Compensation:

  • Earn $70$80k in your first year
  • Base Salary plus Commission
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Company inspection equipment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a Sales Plan and consistently hit your daily weekly and monthly goals
  • Know your closing ratios and continuously work to improve them
  • Keep your calendar up to date
  • Speak to minimum 15 new people per day self generating leads through door knocking networking and referrals
  • Attend all scheduled inspections adjuster meetings and contract signings with punctuality and consideration of the customer’s home
  • Job starts and jobsite marketing
  • Attend all company provided training programs and meetings
  • Complete 3045 minutes of Training 35 days per week
  • Consistently learn new roofing products and industry information
  • Maintain a working insured vehicle for transportation

  • Speak to all clients that you are working with or trying to work with at least once a week
  • Provide exceptional day to day communication with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service with timely followup and followthrough
  • Set clear expectations with the client and the company
  • Help the Sales Team win
  • Serve and support teammates and share knowledge
  • Be a person of influence
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Keep all business communications professional in tone and content

Minimum experience and education:

  • Prior construction experience or knowledge of construction industry (preferred)
  • The desire to make a difference in a growing company and to have fun along the way
  • Basic business knowledge
  • Experience delivering customer service
  • Experience managing a busy work schedule
  • High School Diploma

Working conditions / Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to climb ladders and carry up to 50lbs
  • Must be comfortable with heights and being on roofs
  • Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction; heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction.
