Job Description:

As a Roofing Canvasser your focus will be to generate leads and cultivate potential customers through proactive doortodoor canvassing and strategic marketing efforts. Representing our company in various neighborhoods and communities youll engage homeowners and property managers in meaningful conversations to assess their roofing needs and introduce them to our services. This role demands outstanding communication skills a personable demeanor and a comprehensive knowledge of roofing products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted doortodoor canvassing campaigns in designated neighborhoods to generate leads and schedule roofing assessments.
• Initiate and maintain conversations with homeowners and property managers effectively identifying their roofing requirements and highlighting our companys offerings.
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of our roofing products materials and service options addressing any inquiries or concerns from potential customers.
• Gather accurate contact information and relevant details from interested parties for seamless followup by our sales team.
• Maintain meticulous records of leads appointments and customer interactions to ensure efficient tracking and followup.
• Distribute marketing collateral such as flyers brochures and business cards to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus. Previous experience in sales customer service or canvassing preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
